General Terms and Conditions of Purchase of PRIVATBRAUEREI EICHBAUM GMBH & CO. KG (GTC)
Version: December 2025

Scope of Application:
These General Purchasing Conditions (“GPC”) shall apply exclusively. Any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the Seller shall not be recognized, even if we do not expressly object to them in individual cases. All orders shall be placed solely on the basis of the Seller’s acceptance of these GPC throughout the entire business relationship. At the latest upon execution of the first delivery by the Seller, these GPC shall be deemed accepted, including for all future orders, even if no specific reference is made to them. Acceptance of the Seller’s deliveries or payment thereof shall not constitute acceptance of the Seller’s terms and conditions.

The Seller further warrants that appropriate measures are taken to secure the supply chain, to prevent intentional contamination, and to protect against economically motivated fraud. This includes regular risk assessments within the Seller’s operations and the implementation of suitable measures to control such risks. Upon request, the Seller shall provide appropriate evidence or documentation.
